The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I endured a major water issue that hampered my stay. It was incredibly frustrating not to have access to basic hygiene for days. Additionally, the lack of communication from the hotel about this problem was disappointing and unprofessional.

The Executive Suite was super spacious with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the city. The bed was so comfy, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. Spa facilities included a relaxing hot tub and a full body massage that took my stress away. Breakfast was delicious with various healthy options, including organic juices and fresh fruits.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the mini golf and chill time at the sauna. Checking out the beautiful views from our room was a highlight. The free daily manager's reception is a nice touch too. Just keep in mind, early check-in might not be possible if you don't pay extra.

The spa treatments were out of this world! 💆‍♀️ Everything else, including the gorgeous pool and our lovely King Room, was fantastic too. Just a shame our check-in was a bit slow.

Couple getaway, not without flaws

We booked the Opulence Couples Package and had a decent aromatherapy massage, the setup was relaxing. The staff were generally friendly and the hotel had a really nice vibe overall.

The whole experience wasn't cheap but it was acceptable anyway.

However, there were some service hiccups at the front desk during check-in. Staff seemed a bit disorganized. Also, the secondary pool wasn’t in the best condition, which was disappointing. I expected more from a 5-star hotel regarding pool maintenance. Despite these issues, the proactive approach of the staff to address concerns was evident, making my stay mostly enjoyable.
